GenieACS 1.1.3 released

I'm pleased to announce the availability of GenieACS 1.1.3. This is a
small update that brings a few enhancements and fixes. For a list of
notable changes, see CHANGELOG.md or the release page on Github:

If you're installing from source, please use branch "v1.1". The master
branch will be used for the development of the next major release.
