Updating all parameters for a CPE?

Hi there,

I want to get a complete refresh of the parameters of a CPE managed by GenieACS.

I imagined that if I press ‘refresh’ on the user interface that that would be sufficient to update the server with any changes that have been made to the device outside of ACS, but for my device that isn’t working.

Is it a bug in the CPE, or do I need to do something else to guarantee a full parameter list update?
