Pushing file modem

I don't have anything to contribute on this issue except to say we dumped the Thomson/Technicolor TG585's for the SmartRG 360n.

I found the 585 tr069 implementation to be really buggy, and the config GUI a convoluted mess. I hope you have better luck with them.

To be fair, the 360 has its own set of defects, but the tr069 client on it is at least consistent and conforms (mostly) to the spec.
