Create link from parameters

I'd like to create a link on the device page back to our subscriber
management software. Is it possible with just the summary parameters to do
this?

Something like:
Link: <a
href="myurl/{{summary.pppoeUsername}}">{{summary.pppoeUsername}}</a>
