1.1.0-alpha , /provisions & /virtual_parameters "Not Found"

Hi all,

I have just installed GenieACS 1.1.0-alpha (not update) and the resources
for /provisions and /virtual_parameters are not working. The others
resources are working fine.

Did I do anything wrong?
