This seems a little strange. Can you telnet from another Server to this Port
and interact with the Redis-Server (ie using the "MONITOR" command)? If thats
not the case, your problem might be somewhere else.

If netstat shows that its ONLY listening on the loopback interface, your 
problem might be somewhere else.
