Just checked, the device I had a similar problem with is Green Packet
DX-350. It's almost certainly the same issue. Are you sure the value
being pushed to the device is 1/0 and not true/false? You can verify
that by enabling the "DEBUG" flag and inspecting the dump file under
"debug" directory or by using tcpdump or Wireshark.
