Hello,

it looks like that you want refresh an unknown Object.

When you connect a new device do you see the full object tree of the device or only the basic information's from the initial INFORM?

Is the Task List empty - or maybe the log is from some older tasks?

The refresh is on a single object or from an object tree?

I have the following problem with genieacs, the ont I can not edit or refresh refresh when I try, I get this message:
