serial number with URI percent encoding and presets/tasks

Hello everyone,

i have a device which has a serial number with a '-' in it which gets encoded
as '%2D' in URI percent encoding.

1. Does GenieACS support using such an encoded serial number in presets and
tasks?

2. If i want to use that serial number in a precondition in a preset, do i
have to use the original or the encoded version of the serial number?
