Hi Chris

FRITZ!Box 6490 works well with GenieACS (in our testing environment).
tcpdump shows HTTP header as follow:  
.POST / HTTP/1.1
Host: XXX:7547
Content-Length: 2471
Content-Type: text/xml; charset="utf-8"
SOAPAction: "cwmp:Inform"
