how to install Genieacs on ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Hi Mr. Kanako,

I just encountered same error (json 1.8.1) when i tried to install GenieACS
GUI in Ubuntu 14.04 several days before. I searched for a while and found a
solution for this error. Try to use the command "bundle update" and it just
solved my problem. Not sure if it works for Ubuntu 16.04. Hope these could
help you.
