How to config file server's username/password when acs send a download request to cpe?

Hi Sir/Madam

I have used nginx as a proxy to let ACS' file server to authenticate cpe.
However,I don't know how to let ACS send the username/password to CPE in a
download request.
Could you provide a guide?
