How to config file server's username/password when acs send a download request to cpe?

If you're asking how to do that from the GUI, you can't. You need to
patch genieacs-gui to make it send username, password properties in the
download task object. Look at the function 'pushFile' in
app/assets/javascripts/devices.js.coffee.
