Why do GenieACS not getParameterName root node when a new CPE registered?

Hi Sir

I had installed GenieACS and found that ACS would first getParameterName
InternetGatewayDevice. when a new CPE registered recently.

However , today I used another CPE to register and ACS doesn't try to
getParameterName root node after CPE's inform.

Do you have any idea?
