Hi,

so that means after a first initial registration you have allready a faulty task at that device.

I think the device is have a not good implemented TR-069 client.

But you can try to work with some settings in the cwmp config file.

e.g. IGNORE_XML_NAMESPACES

Or when you can see in the wireshark that the box is responding to slow / late ... you can try to configure GET_PARAMETER_NAMES_DEPTH_THRESHOLD and SESSION_TIMEOUT

Manually refrsh have the same fault result.
After manually refresh is pressed，acs  will send connection request to cpe。Then，cpe will send inform to cpe。Finally，acs will again send no content to terminate this connection without getParsmeterNode root．

i had some similar issue with the master branch. But in the npm version it was working fine. In my case it was not device specific. In the your html header I can see “GenieACS/1.0.0“ - looks like an installation from git master branch.

Maybe you can check also if you have faulty tasks at the device. But I don’t think so because your trace looks ok for me.

A manually refresh on the root node works fine?

Hi Sir

I had installed GenieACS and found that ACS would first getParameterName InternetGatewayDevice. when a new CPE registered recently.

However , today I used another CPE to register and ACS doesn't try to getParameterName root node after CPE's inform.

Do you have any idea?
