Fault 9003

Hi all,

I modified the code with your suggestion with the following results:

- <ParameterPath>InternetGatewayDevice.</ParameterPath> -> the CPE didn't
response
- <ParameterPath>Device.</ParameterPath> -> the CPE response with 9005
fault code
- <ParameterPath></ParameterPath> -> the CPE response with 9003 fault code
