Help with provisions

Hello, 

I have read Zaid's comment that object creation is not implemented in v1.1.0 so I was wondering if I can use provisions scripts to create objects and to populate parameters with data from a MSSQL query. 

Basically I want to bring a bunch of custom parameter values for these created objects, like PPPoE username/password, VLAN ID, SIP Account/Password, etc... I can have all this information in a single query based on the CPE serial # which is also in my CRM database. 

Can anyone provide any provisions sample script I could use as base to do something like this?
