Device refresh problem

Hi!

I installed the latest version of the genieacs and the gui, but some of
device fails to refresh the main parameters. If I click the refresh link
the task stays in the queue without went to the fails state and I got the
messages in the log:

In the config.json I put these lines, but it didn't help me out:

  "IGNORE_XML_NAMESPACES" : true,
  "LIBXMLJS_OPTIONS" : {"recover" : true},

Is there any way to process these answers and step over the wrong answer?
