GenieACS-GUI : how to filter "blank" values

Hi Nicolas!

I've investigated about it and MongoDB supports a regex within an operator,
as I told you, but for now, these types of queries are not working through
the API. Sorry about it, I've just created an Issue in the GitHub webpage
https://github.com/zaidka/genieacs/issues/208

For now, the current way of making it work should be to create a regex to
match it without using these types of operators.
