202 Device is Offline

Hi!

I just wanted to know if GenieACS is compliant with Connection Requests.
I ask about it because I've tried to Reboot from GenieACS three different
exposed-to-internet routers (of different brands, and also trying to
disable firewalls in all of them), with a very high Inform Interval in
different locations. Via API or GUI, the response was the same: Device is
Offline. It sends the task only when an inform arrives, as if it were not
I thought GenieACS is compliant to what this video explains:

ACS right now is an Ubuntu in DigitalOcean. I disabled for a moment
firewallIng there and wasn't working, so I think that shouldn't be the
problem
