empty http

Hi,

i want to understand the ssesion between ACS and CPE,

every session start with infrom and infromResponse, then how the session
continue?

aftet i get infrom message from CPE and I recived informResponse, how i
send getParameterValue?

i need to accept empty message http from cpe and then i sent the
getParameterValue message?
