Creation of Aliases

Hi All

I'm a newcomer to GenieACS, and I'm just wondering if the documentation for creating Aliases still applies to GenieACS branch v1.1.1 ? The reason I ask is it refers to a parameters.json file that I simply cannot find (under genieacs nor genieacs-gui), and most references to it appear to be at-least a year old this point.

Any pointers?
