Populate Virtual Parameters When New Devices Register

Well for now I just want to populate a virtual parameter when a new device
shows up.   VirtualParameters._mac  =
InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.*.WANConnectionDevice.*.WANIPConnection.*.MACAddress
