"9 REQUEST DOWNLOAD"

HI there,
           I have a router that issues a 9 REQUEST DOWNLOAD with bootstrap.

I have a new firmware loaded for this devices under files.

I was under the impression that the ACS would then update the firmware.

I have tried doing this with a preset and the configuration as “software_version”

However this crashes the cwmp process.

I assume this is because that configuration hasn’t been implemented yet. How would I go about this?
