CPEs showing down

I have a handful of CPEs showing down in the ACS that were active just
recently.  I have confirmed their connectivity and all are still active I
had this happen once before with two CPEs, but when I rebooted genieacs,
they restored.  This time however that is not the case.  Below is the last
entries in the daemon.log for one of the CPEs.

Any ideas where to start?
