CPEs showing down

My apologies. Yes, they show down in the pie charts due to the fact that their last inform is hours, and now days ago, yet the devices are actually up and functioning.
What’s strange to me is that these devices had been working right along, and no changes or updates have been made to them. They just stopped “informing”.

You probably need to be more descriptive about where the "CPEs showing down in the ACS." Do you mean on the home page with the pie charts?

I have confirmed their connectivity and all are still active I had this happen once before with two CPEs, but when I rebooted genieacs, they restored. This time however that is not the case.
