Device Parameters not visible

Hello guys,

Thank you for all your support for helping me out setting up genieacs gui.
I am able to list the devices in the server. The only problem I am facing now is that I have some devices and I cannot get all the parameters to the server.
I am not sure it is the responsibility of the device to send out all the info or is it Genies which is not able to get all the parameters.
Please take a look in to the image I have attached.
All feedback will be appreciated.

Devices I have in the list:
Mikrotik Router
Smart RG modem
Grandstream VOIP phones
