Push File pushes Vendor Configuration File repeatedly every few hours instead of once

The last session doesn't look like it was properly terminated. Notice
how there's no message after 'TransferCompleteResponse'. That's why
it's not registering with Genie that the download is successfully
complete, so it keeps trying. I'd reach out to MikroTik about this.
