Failed to open TCP connection to localhost:

Last night I was connected to the genieacs gui just fine.  This morning,
when I try to get in, I receive the following error.

 

Failed to open TCP connection to localhost:7557 (Connection refused -
connect(2) for "localhost" port 7557)

 

No changes were made, and my firewall rules still exist.

 

Any thoughts?
