ACS Device Firmware Push API BOOT loop issue

Dear All,

I am trying to push firmware to my device through nbi service.

When the device is online the task is committed successfully.

But if the device is offline then task is pushed the device goes on
constant loop of downloading and installing the firm ware

While the task also remain in queue.

Loop breaks if I manually destroy the task from queue.
