ACS Device Firmware Push API BOOT loop issue

Thanks for the reply
While checking the logs i see that cpe sent a transfer complete message to
acs but from a different IP to which the firmware was pushed. But acs still
pushes the firmware.
And if the device is online push works. Normal and tasks is also de queued
even before the CPE sents a transfer complete msg
