CPE not showing up

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with getting a CPE to show up in the GUI. I'm guessing
it's not finishing discovery. I've got debugging turned on and data showing
up the the dump file. I'm just not sure what to do with the data. Is there
a way to see why the device isn't showing up?
