<p dir="ltr">I have been working with these devices, and, after some months talking with them about that problem, they fixed it in the beta version.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Now I don't know if they have released the beta in production, but try to update the firmware and see if it works. </p>

Getting the following fault when attaching a Grandstream HT-701, as I understand this it looks like the CPE is passing the wrong or malformed variable to GenieACS so it can't capture it.</p>

The error is causing the CPE to have very limited configurability (I can only view the LAN IP and model number... that's about it).</p>
