Best way to update GenieACS

That should do it, but there seems to be a problem with the latest
published version at npm. I have to unpublish v1.0.6 so for now you
should probably revert to 1.0.5:

    npm install -g genieacs at 1.0.5

Soon v1.0.7 will be ready so you'll be able to update normally.
