Ensure what genieacs supported

Try requesting the full data trees, using a wild card.

“Device.*" and "InternetGatewayDevice.*”

If your device has the TR-181 data models, it should reply back to Genie with them.  There is only a limited set of data that a device must update on a periodic inform, so it could be that you've never requested the data you are looking for, thus it's not showing up in Genie.
