Manoj,

The periodic inform is usually one of the values you set in the device UI, usually near the ACS URL.  It's also part of the device tree: InternetGatewayDevice.ManagementServer.PeriodicInformInterval

It sounds like you are using NAT.  In order to use GenieACS in a NAT'ed environment, you need to run a STUN server.

Here are two STUN servers that work with GenieACS.

https://github.com/jselbie/stunserver

https://github.com/coturn/coturn

The STUN server needs to run on the same server GenieACS is running, as Genie needs to send UDP messages over a shared port.

You also need to set the GenieACS config value UDP_CONNECTION_REQUEST_PORT to 3478, or what ever port the STUN service is running on.
