Hi Sascha!

WhIch version of GenieACS have you installed? And which of GenieACS-GUI?
Depending on this, which version of NodeJS is installed? Which of NPM?
Which of MongoDB? In which system are you installing GenieACS?

PS. I admit I've suffered the same exact problem as you, but I don't know
when exactly, and I don't remember where was the problem. But anyway, it is
solved in the guide.
