have a look at the README 
(https://github.com/zaidka/genieacs/blob/master/README.md):

- Node.js: 6.x and 8.x (8.x recommended)
- MongoDB: 2.6 through 3.4

I think Redis is not required anymore since 
624cf01270efe06e1fa451189ae84c459332e170.
