Fail cwmp.9002

That fault code, and fault string don't really tell anything. You need to
view the syslogs on the device. If you know how to use a TTL to USB serial
adapter and a logic analyzer, there is usually a 4 pin header on the
circuit board of the CPE that will spit out error information. I use it
pretty extensively with the SmartRG modems on my desk.
