Your request is vague enough that I can't really understand what you are
actually trying to do.

Are you trying to push a config file to the Mtik? This is documented on the
wiki <https://github.com/genieacs/genieacs/wiki/Provisions#downloads>.

Which passwords are you trying to change? The ones for GenieACS-GUI? The
ones in your CPE? The connection request creds?
