Hi leevanvuong,

 

I had also encountered the same issue before and it was due to running the genieacs-cwmp script while another instance of it was already running.

For your curiosity, stop genie-acs service and run genieacs-cwmp script only, you will see everything working.

And later run genie-acs service and again run genieacs-cwmp, you will see the same error you are facing now.
